Job description
We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager who has managed end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for USA-based physician clinic operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing all aspects of RCM, including billing, payment posting, claims management, and accounts receivable (A/R).
This role requires hands-on experience in improving operational efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing A/R follow-up to minimize denials and optimize collections.
The candidate must possess a deep understanding of US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and revenue cycle best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to manage teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Must have handled team of 50 people.
Night shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per month

• Should have a minimum of 6-7 years of Digital Ad Sales experience (Online Media Sales) in
Government/PSU sector.
• An ideal person should have strong relationships with PRD, DIPR & DGIPR of various state governments
and central agencies like DAVP, NFDC etc.
• Should be having a strong relationship with PR & Marketing departments of the PSUs and political parties.
• Should be good in content ideation, and storytelling about building brands and must be articulative.
• An ideal candidate should own the complete business cycle of the government business starting from
prospecting, empanelment, meeting the decision makers at the govt depts, proposal sharing, follow ups,
closure, campaign execution, Invoicing, and payment collection.
• Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and
formulation of selling and marketing strategies from the government business perspective.
• Effective communication with proven managerial abilities.
• Go-getter and aggressively chase allocated individual sales targets.
• Identify, research, and target potential business prospects towards increasing the market share.
• Have to be proactive and manage the sales pipeline on his/her own depending on the monthly revenue
targets.
• Drive new client acquisition aggressively.
Experience & Skills:
• 6-7 years of Digital Media sales experience.
Qualification:
• MBA or PGDM
