KEY RESULTS:

Recruit & retain top talent
Ensure all employees have an exceptional work experience
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory concerns, and health and safety protocols
Performance Appraisal Process; ensuring post-appraisal feedback to improve skill and productivity

KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
2. Coordinates the Background Verification (Personal File, Police Verification) process of candidates
3. Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant for all positions
4. Develops a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities and relevant legal and safety requirements

5. Maintain and improve company-employee relations
6. Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
7. Manage company Group Health Insurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance and ensure timely addition-deletion & proceeding claim
8. Responsible for handling all Labour Compliance related activities, i.e., PF/ ESIC, etc.
9. Oversees internal auditing and quality control efforts and is the point of contact for HR audits.
10. Handling Employee engagement activities (Festival celebrations, birthday wishes, one-to-one sessions)
11. Preparing & updating Employee Handbook, Organization Chart, maintaining HR Records & Employee Database
12. Liaising with Govt. Dept. to renew Factory License, Consent to Operate & Establishment Certificate, Fire Drill Training, First Aid Certification, Pollution Control Board updation of Evacuation Plan
13. Ensure setting-up of Committees like Health & Safety, POSH, Worker Grievance Handling, Fire Drill, Security Management & PPE Awareness
14. Ensures smooth implementation of performance appraisal policy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
