Role Description
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for setting up the subsidary office of Sciative - We Price Right in Ahmedabad. The manager will be strategically working with the Founders of the company in Hiring the right talent (Senior to mid-senior and junior), implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, Setting up KPI/ KRA, and overseeing performance management processes.
Experience in:
• Talent acquisition and talent nurturing
• Building HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of best practices in HR and employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Qualities
• Intelligence to think like an owner
• Good in handling multiple tasks
• Ability to build teams
• Hardworking and ready for challenges
• Smart communicator

Qualification: MBA -HR or equivalent degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate HR.
Must have good exposer in Recruitment specifically for senior positions
Bond : 3 Years Bond
Shift Time : Open to work from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am. (Night Shift)
Job Description: As a Manager - HR, your essential roles and responsibilities include:
· Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor employees' activities during night shift, and provide timely feedback to Management.
• Manage the recruitment process for International Business positions, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team.
• Manage employee life-cycle of the employees specifically for night shift employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specifically for night shift employees.
• Monitor employee attendance specifically for night shift employees and ensure that they adhere to the shift timings allotted to them, manage leave requests, and address attendance-related issues.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment during the night shift.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale during the night shift.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on HR-related matters specifically for night shift employees.

Skills & Experience:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
· Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
Working Conditions:
· This position requires working during night shifts.
