This exciting role offers opportunity to:
• The key deliverables for this role will be:
• Provide advice and guidance to functional leaders, managers and Group Leads on employee relations issues including company policies and procedures, terms of employment and employment legislation, ensuring fair and ethical management actions at all times.
• Complete and action HR standard work is completed in a timely manner e.g. payroll actions, HR reports, purchase order processing, Hiring tracker input and raise for requsitions, Internal hire and promotion, encouraging diversity equalisation with in Site
• Identify and clarify daily people cases and offer potential solutions; implement selected solutions
• Train and developed manager to address future people case inline with Eaton code of conducts and employee relation guides.
• Be an active change agent, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
• Work with Operations manager and functional manager to run organisation design program, to deliver a re-structure, remove inefficient and non-value add processes or roles which no longer fit with Eaton future goals and growth plan.
• Play a key role in supporting the development and training of MOP and supervisors by driving quarterly talent and development review.
• Establish and follow through on the Training Programs for the Shop Floor employees – both On the Job Training and Internal Training programs on Product & Process& Eaton Ethical standards
• In conjunction with HRM and EMEAI Operations determined and deploy the company recruitment and selection process, including raising requisitions in the online system, advertising on Eaton jobs and supporting hiring managers in the interview process.
• Work with managers and the Compensation and Benefits team to manage employee compensation, job descriptions, annual performance development and reward merit reviews, incentive plans (if applicable) and employee benefits ensuring fairness, consistency and equity in line with our compensation philosophy.
• Ensure all new starters receive appropriate orientation into the company. Ensure the HRDA process is followed & payroll amendments are administered accurately and on time and liaise appropriately with the payroll department and employees.
• Prepare and track key metrics for the monthly HR Operating and site Tear 3 and 4 review, analysing data and recommending courses of action. Ensure the HRMS system is maintained fully accurately and that regular audits are implemented and work with the HR Services team to process administration.
• Counsel employees and supervisors regarding conflict resolution within a defined business area
• Ensure evidence and processes are in place to meet either MESH, EBS or HR Operating Review requirements,
• Conduct, coordinate and monitor employee representative meetings and involvement programs- ensure actions are visible and transparent for all site employees to see progress across the business
• Manage Key HR Metrics within an agreed target for Operations team
• Action the functional talent processes for goal and development plan setting, assessment of potential and succession planning, training and development plans, the employee survey, sales incentive plan and other employee related processes, including of the pension scheme and benefits program.
