CLIENT : Financial Management Services company comprising all asset classes- Private Equity, Start-ups, Unlisted & Listed shares, Commodities,Credit funds, Venture Debt funds etc.
Key Result Areas
• End-end recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including references,portals,Linked in etc.
• Create Job description after interaction with stakeholders and deptt. heads.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) or via consultants
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Drive closure of open position by managing the offer process (salary negotiation, offer)
• Connect with candidates till joining
• HR facilitation roles like induction, onboarding,joining facilitation etc.
• HR operations support
• Employee engagement support
Incumbent profile:
• MBA-HR ( Regular) with 3-5 years exp in generalist HR and talent acquisition preferably in financial services/investment management co.
• Exposure to HR Operations.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION-12-14LPA
