About the role
The Manager – ICT Operations leads the development and optimisation of digital and telehealth solutions across WCHN, managing digital initiatives, data integration, strategic partnerships, and ICT operations to ultimately enhance clinical systems, service efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Key duties of the role
Ensure that contemporary and emerging issues and trends that impact on strategic digital health management are identified, analysed, reported on, and monitored.
Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate key strategic opportunities and solutions.
Plan, develop, and implement strategies which improve digital health management and performance.
Lead a range of projects and programs to develop and support the digital and telehealth needs within WCHN.
Support the development and delivery of the digital and telehealth systems and processes for WCHN.
Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in project management with experience in infrastructure deployment.
Experience in the preparation of significant and complex reports, briefings, and correspondence.
Experience in undertaking high level and complex negotiations resulting in a successful outcome.
Experience in developing strategic plans, business plans and deriving action plans from them.
Knowledge of technical standards governing digital and telehealth systems.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
