Job Description:

Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to manage and elevate our North American sourcing team. As Talent Acquisition Manager – Candidate Sourcing, you will lead a team of Sourcing Specialists focused on building high-quality candidate pipelines for non-executive roles—while also expanding the team’s capability to support executive-level sourcing. In this role, you'll drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of our CRM and train others on advanced search strategies. You’ll also deliver real-time market mapping and talent insights to inform workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

Lead proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and market research for roles across all levels, including Executive Search.

Design and implement scalable, future-forward sourcing approaches with a focus on inclusive search strategies and passive talent engagement.

Reduce agency reliance by building internal capabilities and scalable programs.

Team Leadership & Upskilling

Coach and develop Sourcing Specialists to build expertise in executive-level sourcing, advanced search strategies, and market intelligence.

Design and deliver targeted training on sourcing techniques, stakeholder engagement, CRM usage, and emerging tools and processes.

Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and agile team culture.

Streamline workflows and optimize team deliverables to drive greater efficiency, quality, consistency, and strategic impact.

Technology & Tools

Drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of our CRM and sourcing tech stack, including automations, AI-based tools, and candidate engagement workflows.

Leverage AI sourcing tools, automation, and data insights to improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.

Partnership & Enablement

Advise Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HRBPs, and business leaders on sourcing strategy aligned to workforce plans.

Support enterprise initiatives such as skills-based hiring and candidate redeployment.

Support ad hoc projects which may include recruitment agency vendor engagement, RPO resourcing, and agency vendor portal.

Governance & Metrics

Ensure compliance with sourcing processes and standards.

Track and report on candidate pipeline, platform adoption, sourcing ROI, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You Bring

7+ years in talent acquisition, including sourcing and executive search experience.

Experience leading sourcing teams and driving transformation in a complex environment.

Demonstrated success in implementing and managing CRM systems and sourcing technologies, including building automated workflows and campaigns, as well as AI sourcing.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and CRM/ATS systems (Workday preferred).

Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting talent market intelligence.

Proven ability to lead change, coach teams, and engage stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required.
