Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage ongoing systems and services delivery to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of Business applications mainly Oracle Enterprise Business Suit of applications (GL/FA/AP/AR)
Ensure the timely correction of any bugs and vendor supplied patches and new releases related to enterprise applications
Ensure users have assistance with the effective use of their applications
Develop a common understanding of service level expectations with the business areas and regularly review the business areas’ measures and impressions of service level delivery; work collaboratively to develop solutions to bridge the gaps
Communicate regularly with the business community to coordinate plans, architecture and life-cycle of the specific products, applications and projects related to the business function
Ensure appropriate resources are in place to meet delivery expectations. Ensure appropriate training, knowledge-transfer takes place to meet these expectations
Oversee and collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and services supplied meet Alliance business needs
Requirements:
4+ years of related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project leadership/management in Banking/Finance industry.
Excellent communication skills and experience in building effective working relationships with internal customers from the business
Should be familiar of Enterprise Banking applications like Oracle GL/AP/FA/AR.
Solid experience in documentation and technical specifications.
Should have experience in the technologies like Wntel, Linux, Sun OS, Oracle etc.
Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MSC-IT
