Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect and Interior Designer with a strong focus on sustainability
to join Godrej Fund Management. This role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing
the implementation of architectural and interior design solutions for projects, providing customised
design parameters while enhancing design standards, improving customer experience, and
upgrading the designed product.
Roles & Responsibilities
Architectural Design:
• Lead the architectural/interior design process for commercial properties, ensuring designs
align with sustainability principles and organizational goals.
• Do a risk-assessment analysis for design revisions in response to the market standards &
requirements, presenting different case scenarios.
• Design manages processes that integrate sustainable building practices, energy efficiency,
and environmental stewardship.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to
integrate sustainable design strategies throughout all project phases
• Review and verify designs proposed by external architects in various regions, ensuring
customer-centric design and compliance with standard design principles.
• Coordinate with all cross-discipline consultants to ensure a well-coordinated design
packages taking care of parameters of cost, schedule, quality, constructability and liaison.
Interior Design
• Plan and design interior spaces that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Select sustainable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet project requirements
• and environmental standards.
• Create interior design concepts and presentations that communicate design intent and
