Job Opportunity for a Manager in a growing Investment Bank
Substance Advisory Pvt Ltd (SAPL) is a Boutique Investment Bank providing Fund raising advisory, M&A advisory and other advisory services. We have offices in Kolkata and Mumbai.
SAPL requires a strong Professional, preferably an MBA/ Chartered Accountant with minimum 4 years of work experience in Finance/ Research. The candidate should be hard working, honest, committed, good communication skills, sharp analytical skills and well versed with Microsoft Office – Excel, Power Point, etc.
Job Profile
• Debt and Private Equity Fund syndication, M&A, Valuation, Due Diligence
• Preparation of Information Memorandum and Financial Models
• Equity & Sector Research
• Meetings with Clients and Investors
Location – Mumbai
