Correspondences / Interaction with regulatory authorities, e.g. SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc
Due Diligence, drafting of offer document / prospectus, public announcements and agreements
• Preparation and maintenance of various data base required for analytical purpose
• Preparation of financial model and information memorandum
Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good Analytical Skills.

Merchant Banking with capital market transactions and transaction
