The position is responsible for execution and completion of loan syndications business of SFSL
• Preparation of Financial Model, CMA as per requirement of the company such as Term Loan, Working Capital and Restructuring
• Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandum, TEV reports and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure.
• Strong Analysis of Balance Sheet or Financial Statement
• Vetting of Feasibility Reports
• Liasoning and Relationship Management with Banks & Clients
