Job Description
The candidate is expected to play a key role in origination and execution of Investment Banking transactions. He / she will be actively involved in every aspect of M&A / PE transaction and should be able to independently execute transactions and attain closures.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end execution of deals
• Leading preparation of confidential information memorandum and management presentations
• Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets or investors
• Performing financial analyses and valuations
• Leading due diligence and transaction closings for execution of transactions
• Provide detailed financial analysis, models, and strategic advice to clients and senior colleagues.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
• Manage investor and client expectations with respect to deals
• Lead investor discussions / negotiations
• Responsible for thought leadership in the sector and pitching to clients for deal origination
• Support the reporting manager in creating BD pipeline
• Candidate must have well connects with investors in growth funds with an orientation towards building relevant market intelligence and leads.
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events.
• Strong knowledge of markets & experience with handling growth transactions.
• Superior analytical skills, must be able to think creatively and achieve results quickly.
