We are looking for a high-performing Manager-Investment Banking/Business Development Executive/Associate/Senior business Development Associate/Investment banking Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers or existing customers, generating leads, customer requirements, good customer relationships, informing about products, services, and the company.
Responsibilities
To inform customers/clients about products, services and companies using scripts.
Understanding customer requirements by asking questions and closing deal.
Contacting potential or existing customers/clients.
To maintain good relationships with customers/clients and generate lead.
To represent products or services over the phone and deal with complaints.
To help the company grow by bringing in customers/clients and developing business through Fund Raising Acquisitions.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Proposing solutions to an organization's leaders, and keeping them updated with progress.
Qualifications
Having knowledge of Investment banking, Fund raising, Acquisitions
Excellent communication, Presentations, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
Good knowledge of basic computer programs.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Ability to drive the process from plan to close
