Designation Manager - Investments
Location Mumbai
Role Summary : A motivated achiever of high integrity with a desire for learning to be part of the Company Asset Mgmt team. Understand real estate projects, prepare cashflows, information memorandums and assist/co-ordinate investor due-diligence
Key Requirement
Education: MBA from a reputed institution or CA
Experience: 2-4 years experience in:
• Bank/NBFC - RE lending team
• Developer - Fund raising team (Finance)
• IPC - Capital Mkts team
• RE Funds - deal team
Skills
• Understanding of real estate projects, primarily residential, commercial.
• Worked on real estate project cashflows including post-tax workings
• Experience in assistance in due-diligence process of real estate transactions
• Understanding of B/s and P&L as well as accounting standards
• Adept at MS Office
Personal Attributes: Self-driven, motivated, desire for learning and adding value, team player, high integrity and a go-getter attitude. Willing to travel occasionally within India
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
• As part of the fund / investment team, evaluate real estate investments
• Prepare project cashflows and information memorandums/presentations
• Assist and play a key role in investor due-diligence
• Ability to study various datasets and prepare MIS as required
