Manager- Investor Relations and Sustainability -Automotive

Role - Manager- Investor Relations and Sustainability
Job Location - Pune - Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sustainability
- Responsible of driving sustainability initiatives for the Company
- Study the industry and Indian landscape, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macro developments specific to the sector to identify ways to improve sustainability practices of the Company
- Positioning the Company as a thought leader - Impactful disclosures aligned with latest standards and strong representation of sustainability initiatives
- Stakeholder Management: To help businesses in operationalisation of sustainability strategies, as appropriate; To support businesses and corporate management in terms of specific information requirement and analysis
- Knowledge sharing: Learning sessions along with consultants to create knowledge databank on sustainability within the Company
- Work with ESG rating agencies across the globe - communicating Company's ESG vision, information and therefore work towards improvement in rating scale
- Scope to create an Integrated Report at a later stage
Investor Relations :
- Work closely with Head - Investor Relations and CFO for the following
- Manage the Investor Relations function through preparation of Information Memorandum, Investor Presentations, Press Releases, MDA etc.
- Co-ordinate and handle all sell side firms queries and report back to the management investor/ analyst views, grievances, or any other suggestions.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, facilitating, and executing the following IR events Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Analyst/Investor days, Non-Deal Roadshows, Investor Relations Conferences etc
- Closely worked with Corp Comm team, Secretarial, Senior Management, Finance teams, Business Heads for efficient working of the IR function
- Work on all investor Relations related projects including revamp and management of Investor Relations function; Shareholder tracking dashboard etc.
Risk Management :
- Responsible for preparation and identification of key risks, its mitigation plans and impact and finally presentation to the CFO/ RMC
- Ability to work with cross functional team and think at strategic/ corporate level for all mitigation possibilities
