• Strong experience in service delivery and service desk operations
• Managerial experience
• Knowledge of desktop computing, networks and servers, database management applications, telecommunication as well as working on applications and security.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Work experience:
• More than 8 years of work experience in IT Service Delivery & Service Desk Operations
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
