Job Description
Technical Skill:
Handling and supervising Internal Audit of one vertical.
Perform and control audit activity from generation of observation to implementation of control in the system.
Continuous monitoring of material activity and transactions.
Identify loopholes & cost save areas and implement controls to cope.
Any other activities specifically assigned by the supervisor.
Discussed with process owner and HOD for finalization and implementation of observation.
Work
• Drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies in consultation with the process owner and assisting in implementation within the organization.
• Assisting in identifying the control lapses, risk areas etc. and suggest on corrective measures
• Regular Audits regarding the adherence to the Policy and SOPs by the respective departments to ensure systematic control and accountability.
• Periodic verification of Assets, Inventories etc.
• Continuous review and suggestion to the Management for improvement in; a. Master Management (Customer, Vendor, Item, BOM etc.)
b. All major Contracts
c. Order Controls (Sales, Purchase etc.)
d. Discounts / Rebates etc. to Vendor / Customer
e. Movement of Materials (Including RGP, NRGPs, Transportation etc.)
f. Ageing of Inventory, Receivables, Payables, Advance to Suppliers etc.
g. Long Term Contracts and settlements with Vendors / Customers / Employees etc.
h. Liquidated Damage waiver/payment etc.
i. Production and Process losses
j. Post-project analysis – Benefits / pay-back etc.
Requirements
Experience –
3 to 5 years post qualification in Internal audit (most preferably in medical device and pharmaceutical company) in the manufacturing company.
Qualification – CA
Having experience working on – SAP ECC6.00
Good control over Excel, PPT and Word
General IT knowledge
