Create impact as a Manager, Knowledge Management Your Role
Were looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of IAGs Knowledge Management platform across Australia and New Zealand a role that shapes how thousands of people access, share, and use information every day. Youll guide a talented onshore and offshore team, set the strategic direction for our KM capability, and ensure the platform is robust, secure, well-governed, and continually evolving to meet the needs of the business.
In this role, youll champion a culture of collaboration and innovation, empowering your team to deliver exceptional support and uplift. Youll build trusted relationships across multiple business divisions, understanding what people need and translating that into solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and smarter decision-making. Youll play a key role in shaping the KM technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring it stays aligned to future business capability and industry best practice.
Youll also take full ownership of platform governance maintaining compliance with IAGs standards, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and managing vendor relationships to deliver strong financial and service outcomes. With a focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to high-quality user experience, youll help create a well-governed, high-performing KM environment that powers knowledge sharing and capability development across the enterprise. This is a permanent opportunity based near any of our major centres in Australia.
About You
Experience in the following is required for the role;
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams (onshore and offshore), fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance
Strong capability to build trusted relationships, understand business needs, and influence outcomes across multiple divisions.
Deep understanding of Knowledge Management principles, governance frameworks, and technology platforms, with experience in developing strategies and roadmaps
Demonstrated experience in managing external relationships to deliver optimal financial and service outcomes
Ability to ensure platform reliability, adherence to organisational policies and standards, and delivery of services that meet agreed performance targets
