Job Description
Responsible:-
- Responsible for understanding functional requirements, solutions, developing technical specifications in Billing. Close coordination with Billing Domain Architects to design E2E solution
- Preparing and maintaining technical architecture, guidance, and review documents for the Oracle BRM suite in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Billing Domain Team
- Expertise in Oracle BRM in analysis, installation, migration, integration, and deployment of Oracle BRM
- Should have experience in the following modules - Collections Management, Pipeline Management, Subscription Management, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, General Ledger, Third Party Integration, Pricing
- Experience in Shell, Perl, PL/SQL
- Broad understanding of Telco solutions in the Business Support System (BSS) space including Channels, CRM, Order Management, Mediation, Rating, Integration, Billing and Payment Interfaces, and Collections
- Should have experience in RODOD integrations
- Knowledge of application performance tuning, multi schema deployments, Upgrade/Data Migration from legacy to BRM
- Hands-on experience in complex design and knowledge of Oracle BRM (7.5 / BRM 12)
- Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality
- Well-versed in Software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, and other related departments,
• 7+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience on CRM applications.
• Strong experience in Team lead or Managerial tasks.
• Should have communication skills sufficient to be able to work in a team of international diversity.
• Customer focused, dependable solution-oriented, hardworking, team focused.
• Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
• Strong Presentation skills.
• Very good level of English proficiency.
