About Client
Our client is Blackstone Group company, one of India's largest retail real estate platforms looking to hire a L&D Manager for its Mumbai HQ, this is an individual contributor role reporting to the GM - HR
Your roles & responsibilities:
- As part of the corporate HR team, this role will focus on (1) building the L&D strategy & road map along with budgeting, (2) creating a strong blend between TM and L&D and aligning the team; (3) driving new learning initiatives, designing & recommending trainings basis the business needs, and (4) TM - leadership development, succession planning
- Design & delivery of technical and behavioral trainings, driving annual training calendar, taking action plans basis feedback, and measuring effectiveness for 4000 employees across India
- Designing & implementing talent management strategies and interventions, talent reviews and promotion tracking
- Adoption & record keeping for LMS and DEI
- Lead the entire Talent Management agenda (including but not limited to creating a pipeline of HiPo, succession planning for critical positions, leadership training & development)
The ideal candidate comes with :
- 3 - 7 years' of experience in HR with focus on L&D
- Excellent presentation, sharp presentation and smart
- Experienced with robust, agile & fast- paced work environment
- Energetic and team player
- Can perform well under pressure
