Job Description :
The candidate will support various legal functions, including drafting and reviewing legal
documents, conducting legal research, providing general legal support to the organization and
maintaining legal MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Preparing and reviewing various legal
documents as per the product mechanism, including contracts, empanelment letters/
agreements and other transactional documents.
• Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations,
notifications, circulars, guidelines and legal precedents issued by the Reserve Bank of
India to support the business operations.
• Compliance Management: Assisting in ensuring that the company complies with all
applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including those specific to NBFC
operations.
• General Legal Support: Providing broad legal support to the business team
