Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Lending Products Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital lending contracts and NBFC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to the business/product on a broad range of legal issues pertaining to lending products, including regulatory framework compliance.

Review and negotiate contracts with LSP partners, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSA with lending service providers/partners.

Standardize loan documents and processes for corporate and retail loan products, ensuring effective management of the legal function.

Create, negotiate, and execute fund raise documents, such as term loans, credit lines, overdraft, and bank guarantees, for fund raises by the NBFC from banks/NBFC/VC funds.

Manage external counsel to ensure efficient and effective legal support for the business, including identifying external legal resources when necessary and managing relationships with external counsel.

Requirements

7-11 years of experience in the field of law.

Familiarity with digital lending contracts and NBFC compliance.

Ability to relocate to Delhi or willingness to relocate.
