HyFun Foods, a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Legal team. The below position is open for Immediate Joining.
Position Title: Manager - Legal
Grade: Manager
Qualification: LLB / BL from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Law College (Mandatory)
Experience: 7+ years
Age Group: Up to 32 years
Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in corporate and commercial law, with exposure to contract management, regulatory compliance and intellectual property. Exposure to civil and criminal disputes preferable.
Essential Area of Expertise:
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws including intellectual property laws.
• Drafting, Review and Negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Administering a standard operating process for contracts.
• Full life cycle management of commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with external service providers for IP filing and protection.
• Oversee statutory compliance.
• Review of court pleadings and coordination with external lawyers
• Good record keeping and handling case files.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Should be able to function independently with minimal supervision
• Should be from company in the legal department and preferrable if the candidate has worked in a law firm as well.
