Job description
Manager - Legal Claims - MACT - Insurance
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues
- Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims
- Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest
- Adducing evidences in legal claims
- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations
- Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims
- Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts
- Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system +) Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies
Qualification: MBA(Insurance/Legal) OR LLB
