2. RFP/Tender documents
3. Reinsurance treaties, bank guarantee
4. ISDA derivative documentation
5. Shareholders Agreements, SPA’s and other investment based documentation
6. Any other contract
Maintenance of database (record management)
2. Reporting data to the management
