Primary Job Role:Draft, negotiate and review all client contracts including Confidentiality Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Term Sheets, and AmendmentsAssess scope of work, service levels, commercial and legal aspects of the contract for potential exposure to liability/risks arising from access to /use of proprietary data and IPCollaborate closely with business partners to resolve all contractual issues and mitigate liability risksJob ResponsibilitiesTo draft, review and negotiate contracts as an independent contributor with minimal supervision.To maintain IKS’s legal repository.To create abstracts, contract cover notes, etc. capturing relevant contract details.To update and actively maintain contract forms / drafts / templates.To follow-up with IKS’s Operations and Sales teams for data inputs and contract execution / closure.To build relationships and collaborate with IKS’s internal functions such as Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Operations...
