Job Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the Loss on Sale Collection across various parameters for Pan India. This involves collaborating with Area Legal Managers, Legal Officers, Collection Execution Agencies, and Advocate Firms to ensure timely recovery of amounts due.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collection from Non-Starter accounts across Pan India
• Release of Legal Hold Stock
• Coordinating with National Collection Managers for Commercial Vehicles recoveries
• Executing staircase legal actions
• Managing collections through a team of Area Legal Managers and Legal Officers
• Developing robust legal execution agencies and advocate firms for awards and summons execution
• Travelling to review field location performance
• Ensuring smooth execution of strategies and drives for collection performance improvement
• Designing ground-level plans for team strategies execution
• Periodic performance review and monitoring of ALMs and LOs to achieve allocated collection targets
• Monitoring field capacity based on Avg. Collection Ratio (ACR)
• Monthly review of state, location, and agency performance
• Managing customer service escalations for collection-related issues
