“Litigations
Well versed with laws relating to securities market, corporate laws, contract laws, Criminal and Civil Laws.
Practical exposure in handling and attending various courts and forums in India for all civil and criminal matters.
Drafting/Vetting of plaint, petitions, legal notice, replies, written statements, notice of motion, chamber summons, appeals, applications, affidavits, police complaints, .
Responsible to appear before various Courts / Tribunals / Forums etc for various litigation matters and to keep track of all the proceedings in each of the case hearings.
Timely briefing and coordination with external lawyers / counsels on all ligation matters including preparing entire case history for the external lawyers and briefing them in detail.
Assisting in reduction and settlement of pending legal cases by and against the Company by negotiations, reconciliations and mediation with opposite parties.
Maintaining/updating litigation tracker/List
Legal Documentation :
Vetting/Drafting of Contracts, tenders, Bank Guarantees, advising business team on Risk Mitigation Areas.
Legal Advisory
Review and advice on regulatory issues having legal implications for the company, examine applicable regulatory/statutory framework (domestic as well as international), and provide timely legal advice / opinions as applicable.
