Job Description
Responsible for leading specific learning initiatives and engagement for multiple OU (organizational units) at Zeta. You will help build the overall learning strategy @Zeta and ensure its translation into meaningful programs and initiatives. This role will be pivotal in leading learning programs from diagnosis, learning needs analysis, to design, facilitation, adoption & impact, working closely with Business stakeholders, People Success Partners, and L&OD team to create a culture focused on learning and growth. A key part of the role requires anchoring and contributing to specific learning and OD interventions for the Org - across areas of learning tech, analytics, learning policies and driving central initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand the business, identify potential learning opportunities and curate learning and talent needs as per business requirements.
• Identify, design, and deploy learning solutions (classroom, virtual, online) for capability development across levels.
• Work with SME in Engineering and Products to design learning curricula and programs to bridge the skill gaps in technical and domain areas.
• Curate and design behavioral and leadership development initiatives and programs specific to the OU and the organization.
• Close talent gaps and drive adoption of scalable solutions that address development needs.
• Collaborate with and coach business managers, people partners on learning needs and solutions.
• Regularly track, measure impact of implemented learning solutions and work with people partners and business to drive adoption.
• Lead/contribute to the Learning Tech/LXP charter for Zeta.
• This is a team management role and the incumbent will lead 1-2 learning specialists
Who should apply for this role
• Experience- 6+ yrs.
• Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Masters from a reputed institute.
• Experience with instructional design, facilitation and project management.
• Experience of working with technology cohorts and business is a requirement.
• Domain knowledge in Fintech/Banking/Payments is a plus.
• Deep application of L&D/OD/Consulting/coaching concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis & feedback, talent solutions design, and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting and partnering with senior leaders and teams.
