Job Description
Handling Logistics section (Heavy duty Crane hiring, Import & exports, Inbound logistics and Couriers) in procurement function independently Roles and Responsibilities
• Rate contracts with transporter & Courier agency at PAN India
• Arrangement of CHA/ Freight Forwarder
• Knowledge about heavy duty crane (600 – 800 Ton) hiring process
• Follow up & timely delivery of the consignments.
• Preparation of PO & ensure timely releasing of the payments.
• Responsible for reverse logistics
• Awareness about milk run process.
• Well verse with various INCOTERMS.
• MIS for invoice tracking for timely releasing the payments.
Deliverables
• Optimization of logistic cost
• Establishment of SOP & its compliances
• Ensure timely release of the payments.
• Monthly circulation of MIS to user & management
• Monthly provisions & its timely settlements
Profile & Eligible Criteria
• Education: Graduate in any discipline / MBA
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Good communication skill
• ERP- SAP
