About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft cases independently and handle office management tasks
2. Coordinate with advocates
3. Type and handle MIS-related work
Who can apply:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 1st Feb'25 and 8th Mar'25
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have relevant skills and interests

INR ₹ 5,000 /month + Incentives

• Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).
• 1. No stipend if you opt for below six months
2. Timings: 8:30 AM-8:30 PM

Job description:
1) Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues
2) Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims
3) Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest
4) Adducing evidences in legal claims
5) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations
6) Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims
7) Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts
8) Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system
