Job Description
Overall Duties
Marketing Management and Business Development
• To take complete responsibility of the Marketing of the K K Eye Institute
• To create the business and marketing plan for the K K Eye Institute
• To carry out continuous Competitor and Gap Analysis and provide recommendations
• To develop innovative strategies to meet the monthly targets of volumes and revenues
• To effectively promote and market the eye care services of the K K Eye Institute
• Cataract
• Lasik and Refractive Services
• Bright Eyes Optical Services
• Specialty Eye Services
PR Strategy
· To formulate PR Objectives and identify appropriate channels for visibility and reporting of activities at the Institute.
· To build relations with other healthcare providers and increase network of referrals
• To design and execute a marketing strategy for offline and online channels of communication
• To organise events, conduct public awareness and group meetings
Brand Strategy
• To be the custodian of Brand K K Eye Institute and ensure that the brand is correctly positioned in all mediums
Digital Marketing – to manage and lead the newly started digital marketing initiatives of K K Eye Institute
· To identify, brief, shortlist and recommend appropriate digital marketing partners, tools and software which will positively impact the marketing strategy
· To develop the digital marketing plan for the K K Eye Institute in partnership with digital agencies
· To evaluate and recommend the optimum digital marketing spend
· To develop measures and KPIs to track effectiveness of the digital strategy
· To constantly overview, monitor and review the performance of digital agencies
· To prepare brief for digital campaigns, films and other content to be developed for marketing the institute
· To ensure the adequate visibility of the K K Eye Institute on social media platforms
· To ideate and recommend strategies to increase patient footfalls/revenue through digital marketing activities.
Required Profile
• Inclination for a full time position
• Willing to commit at least 3years (the longer the better!)
• Effective Communication Skills
• Written & Spoken fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi – Excellent proficiency in English is a must, working knowledge of Marathi is helpful
• Min. 5 years of practical work experience
• Prefer candidates with experience in a digital agency, and exposure to handling integrated communication campaigns
• Marketing Skills
• Experience in grass root field work
