QRIDA is seeking an experienced and proven performer with demonstrated strategic and operational leadership skills and experience in the development and effective delivery of digital and contemporary marketing and communications content and initiatives especially for rural and regional audiences. As the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will lead a team of marketing and communication specialists to deliver strategic and operational objectives for QRIDA.
Key Responsibilities Include
Lead the design, development and implementation of best practice and innovative digital and other marketing and communications strategies, solutions, policies, planning, content, governance, reporting and analysis for QRIDA.
Lead the planning and delivery of expertly written and presented communication materials and campaigns for a range of QRIDA audiences and monitor and evaluate outcomes against strategic communication performance targets.
Provide strategic level advice on internal and external stakeholder engagement activities to support and measure the effectiveness of contemporary and digital communications channels and implement projects or strategies to improve the user experience.

Our Role and Purpose
The Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA) is a specialist provider of government financial and advisory support to rural and regional Queensland.
As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for almost 30 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1++4 to deliver additional programs and services across a range of industry sectors and to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
