Job Description Summary
SCOPE OF ROLE
Position holder is responsible for supporting the strategic marketing programs Cushman & Wakefield business in India. Incumbent will be responsible for development and implementation of key content and communications initiatives. The role focuses on areas of content creation for sales collaterals, presentations, long form article creation, blogs, white papers, curated content, proposal writing and development, website content (with SEO implementation), content creation for integrated campaigns especially e-mailers.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy, Creation & Design
• Creating content for business development materials, blogs, b2b thought leadership articles (for our website and microsites), presentations, proposals and customized collaterals
• Supports production efforts of marketing and communications materials, including newsletters and blogs on an as-need basis
• Must be familiar with various content forms (Long forms, short forms, infographics etc) and styles, to enable repurposing or fragmenting content need basis
• Website & SEO
• Plan, develop and implement the company’s web-based marketing strategy & SEO Strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales
• Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website
• Develops and expands company’s website content and collaborate with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Sales Support
• Responsible for creating and updating the sales tool kit and collaterals – which includes capability presentations, case studies, flyers, brochures, maps
• Collaborate continually with team members—and across business, research, management and other departments—to source information needed to complete projects
• Will be involved in development of key proposals for the country
• Support for All Client Marketing Initiatives
• Work closely with the Research team and identify high-profile research reports and other mailings for clients
• Support the client insights programs
• Support for aligning client and company data in tools like salesforce.com to contribute to marketing automation, client segmentation.
• Conceptualise & execute corporate events in tandem with Marketing Strategy
Qualifications
Job Description
Education
• Possess a post-graduate degree with a major in Content, Communications or an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
Experience
• Demonstrate a solid track record of 7-10 years in content writing.
Skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, design, analytics, and content optimization/writing tools
