Job Description:
- TalentPro India is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team in Jaipur.
- You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI (Return on Investment).
- Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels (e.g, website, social media, email marketing, events).
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies in the HR Tech industry.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team to nurture and convert into customers.
- Identify and leverage new marketing channels and technologies to expand reach and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HR Tech or B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage a marketing team.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media) and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Experience with content marketing strategy and creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience with HR solutions or the HR industry is a plus.
