Manager- Marketing Operations (Naukri.com)About the Role : As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to develop varied solutions ranging from automation, optimization, performance improvement for strategic business and marketing programs. • Lead efforts to optimize processes, reporting and create new workflows to scale.- Implement new technologies / platforms and automation as needed to support sales team.- Work with tech, CRM and business intelligence teams to develop marketing automation framework internally so as to seamlessly run and track marketing campaigns and their impact on sales cycle.- Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars outlining the latest plans.- Prepare compelling weekly and monthly marketing reports or dashboards for internal review, easy to use by all stakeholders.- Consolidate campaign data and format results for leadership presentations.- Regularly pull benchmark data and marketing results to provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs.- Support the marketing team on ad-hoc data requests
