Planning people, Team management and Material requirement.
Close monitoring and downtime analysis of day-to-day breakdown of m/c.
Planning and scheduling of maintenance program on preventive basis.
Executing capital repairs and modification as per the requirement.
Safety, upkeep of machineries & care of quality aspect/procedure/system.
Cost optimization and effective utilization of resources.
Contract management and ensure zero breakdown.
Analyses causes of unplanned failures of Plant & Equipments and take remedial measures
