Summary Of The RoleLead and Maintain the Mechanical Maintenance
Utility processes
ensuring plant and equipment upkeep to support manufacturing activities with compliance to all related legal and Lubrizol HSES policies and requirements
Responsibilities
AccountabilitiesLead mechanical maintenance
modification and capex processes
so as to support manufacturing in achieving production plan
Identification
planning and procurement of spares
indigenous development of spares
workshop machining of plant equipments
AMC identification and finalization to have minimum breakdown time
Operation of utility at optimum efficiency and ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities inline to plant requirement
Continuous on job

awareness and development of mechanical team
contractors to identify hazard

mitigation of the same

plant safety policies during all work execution as well as legal compliance
Development of indigenous vendors
vendor management and handling

Knowledge of plant maintenance and trouble shooting in chemical plants
Experience on utility operation

Well conversant with industry best practices for plant preventive and predictive maintenance
Must have experience on planning
scheduling
risk management
Must have experience on Capex
Opex management
Experience on manpower management
spare management
Good communication and interpersonal skills and network within region
Experience in industry related to Batch operations
Previous experience of successfully managing maintenance
utility operations in multi
shift environment in an MNC having multi culture
diverse global environment
Knowledge of safety standards and legal requirements related to mechanical function
Must be in department lead role in last 2
3 years
Candidate must be open to relocation to Bharuch
