Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern at Legafide. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal consulting, preparing legal documents, researching legal issues, and communicating with clients and legal professionals on a daily basis.

Job description
CLIENT: Integrated and Vibrant Media Organization in Print,Digital and OTT.
Key Result Areas
Provide legal advice and support on various corporate and media laws, including Data Protection, Advertisement Regulations, and other related compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and licensing agreements.
Oversee and manage litigation cases, coordinating with external legal counsel and internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and corporate policies.
Provide proactive risk assessment and advise business units to mitigate legal risks.
Work closely with various departments to provide legal guidance on projects and business strategies.
Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure the company is compliant with new legal developments
Incumbent profile:
8 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Media Laws, Data Protection, and Advertisement Regulations.
Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
Experience in litigation management, including handling external legal counsel and court procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15-18LPA
