Manager - MEP Design

Location: Mumbai - Sites, Mumbai - Sites, IN
Company: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.
Working with the architects and consultants for the MEP Design of the projects
Providing technical/work scope inputs, reviewing, approving, and finalizing tender prepared by Services Consultant
Finalizing the MEP drawings of the project along with the relevant stakeholders
Coordinating with the Liasoning team for approvals of the final design by relevant authorities
Coordination in preparation of the budget for the finalized design and modifying it as per the budget requirements, if needed
Visiting sites on regular basis to monitor all field work to ensure that the work is being done as per the design
Suggesting ways for time/cost reduction with reference to base estimate through value engineering
Checking design drawing documentation quality and maintaining records pertaining to MEP drawing and documentation for all projects
Designing & developing new systems & processes for building services
Driving & implementing design SOPs for MEP.
Have knowledge of MOEF Requirements, GRIHA and IGBC.
