Key Responsibilities:
Experience in MICE events for minimum 7 + years and above.
Should have good communication skills.
Responsible for the entire event teams TTV and GOP targets.
Has to develop a pan India team that includes BDM, operations / Contracting.
Responsible for the vendor management.
Increase the attachment rate and should be able to close larger events.
Has to drive sales in all regions.(Delhi, Mumbai, CCU and South)
Responsible for the KRA / KPI of entire team.
