Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a MIS management role
- Should have managed Contact Center MIS
- Should have understanding of Contact Centre Operations KPIs
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with all key stakeholders including product, marketing, engineering teams
- He/she should thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Should have done Contact Centre volume forecast & capacity planning
- Should have strong MIS & analytics skills
- Candidate should possess good knowledge and hands on experience on advance Excel/VBA, PPT, MySQL & Power BI
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should have good presentation skills
