Manager - MIS (Power BI, Dashboard, Excel)
- Responsible for the overall design & deployment of Dashboard and its effective implementation.
- You will understand business problems and create solutions to address them leveraging multiple Platform and other data sources.
- The individual is also responsible for effectively delivering the results to the relevant stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will work with GM to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
- Should be able to Transform existing Non-Power BI Reports into Power BI.
- Report transition & timely SOP updation.
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Understand business requirements in Business context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
-Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using BI Tools etc.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitoring.
- Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish.
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scripts and perform detailed analytics.
- Perform queries and functions in both Power BI & Tableau.
- Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems.
-Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
- Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements.
- Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs.
-SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
- Work with users and team members at all level for performance improvement and suggestions.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE or MBA with Minimum 6-+ years of experience using BI Tool in developing and publishing dashboards.
2. Excellent Knowledge & hands on experience of Power BI, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), SQL & Advance excel are required.
3. Knowledge of VBA and SQL
4. Advance Excel skills
5. PowerApps.
6. Integrating with different data-sources such as relational/non-relational databases, One drive, Cloud components etc.
7. Familiar with a wide variety of standard and community-sourced chart types.
8. Expertise in using creating measures, calculated columns and performing advanced analysis.
+. Utilizing best practices to ensure optimized Data Models.
10. Pro-active and zeal to outperform.
11. Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal) & can participate in calls.
12. Hardworking, flexible, and Pro-active.
