Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.
ï'· Use business acumen to be able to analyze, drive insights and create meaningful reports using
large datasets
ï'· Directs and troubleshoots database issues to keep existing databases running efficiently.
ï'· Troubleshoots a wide range of issues including server availability and coding issues for
database configurations.
ï'· Directs, plans and executes strategic database activities including installation, configuration and
upgrading of SQL server software and products.
Creates and s database storage structures and objects.
ï'· Plans for and backup and recovery of database information.
ï'· Supports strategic direction for database platforms by evaluating and making recommendations
for new platforms.
ï'· Source data from disparate systems with good understanding of Power BI and other BI tool
architecture
ï'· Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from proprietary SQL databases into BI application
ï'· Advanced knowledge of script editor to connect and retrieve data from various data sources at
the extraction stage
ï'· Data transformation using advanced joints, functions and sets on SQL database
ï'· Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
ï'· Migrate code across production, development and testing environments
