JOB DESCRIPTION for MIS EXECUTIVE
Provide a high standard of strategic and operational support for the collection, collation and analysis of data Design and monitor key MIS metrics Maintaining and upkeep of various MIS and Performance Reports Compile, Filter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can analyzed to extract insights and improve business processes. Summarise key findings and highlight actionable insights Presenting data for a variety of audiences in the form of progress grids, pivot tables, graphs, charts, etc Analyse problems and discover the best ways to solve them Communicate clearly to superiors and give understandable instruction to subordinates Allocate resources effectively as per business needs Lead and motivate teams to promote efficiency and effectiveness

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Typing, Shortcut keys) Advanced Excel skills

Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Information Security, Computer Programming, or related field required.
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
• At least five years of MIS experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role, required
