Key Responsibilities
Business Planning
• Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning and deploy plan to increase sales efficiency
• Sales Forecasting/planning for business – weekly/periodic
• Detailed revenue and expense planning
• Analysis of current situation (internal and market) to derive relevant trends.
• Support Management with insightful performance analysis for better decision making
• Support formulation of business strategy
Performance Management Analytics
• Conceptualize design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management
• Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports.
• Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages
• Design & publish a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards to manage business performance and connect all initiatives together
• Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request
• Manage adhoc data requirements
• Work closely with the business head and design contests / incentive scheme to meet the business plan
Desired Profile
• 5+ years of experience in comprehensive annual plan creation covering top line, bottom line and expense management
• Understanding of KPI’s of NBFC/Bank and method of monitoring the same
• Understanding of key parameters and level-headed approach for managing topline and bottom line
• Proficiency in MS office suite
• Knowledge of SQL and MS Excel is
