We are looking for a Candidate with Operations pro who would be responsible for leading all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.
You will have a demonstrated record of team building and execution in a high-volume operational environment and be able to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business domains.
This requires a person that is very metrics driven, yet has the vision to scale the business. The individual would be responsible for overall planning, growth, delivery, process efficiency and productivity for respective teams. The individual would have targets on process standardization, automation and business metrics.
The individual would be responsible and be a point of escalation for the delivery by the teams reporting to him/her.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Retail Banking and Mortgage domain.
• In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing process execution/documentation at their level.
• Track record of delivering results, setting direction, conceptualizing and implementing transformational initiatives
• People Management (leadership role, managing team leaders, team management, floor control and retention)
• Supervise and Ensure timely execution of tasks in Retail Banking & Home Lending which are essential and complex in nature
• Formulate, Implement, Track career path & Individual Development Plans of each member in the team
• Mentor and guide Quality lead / Process Expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation, conceptualize, design and deliver trainings to the team
• Audits data transactions and takes/makes client call and responsible for adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.)
• Supervise the Team Leader with closing changes in documentation with process and responsible for MIS tracking
• Highly in client relationship management; can communicate optimally & independently on client calls
• Strategic decision making, accountable for meeting program financial targets, managing performance for client defined SLA's, responsible for managing the processes end to end, plan & execute hiring & trainings
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team
• Have managed a large team as higher-level manager
• Firm track record of recruiting, hiring and developing talent
• Good Overall knowledge of Loan origination functions in both pre and post-closingProcess definition & documentation
• Customer-oriented in managing communications and issues; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
• Expertise in data churning, MIS and working on PPT's/Governance decks
• Highly in client relationship management; can communicate optimally & independently on client calls
• Capable of working independently on daily reports for internal & external partners
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Graduation (B. Com preferable)
Preferred qualifications
• Management experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry
• Certification in Project Management/process excellence (Six Sigma)
• Experience with presenting to and influencing at all levels within a large, cross-functional organization
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive projects and ensure closure within stipulated timelines
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to learn ERP systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office skills including MS Excel
• Good conceptual knowledge and strong exposure to Banking Mortgage Operations
