Identify potential Business Associates, with whom we can work closely and help them to grow business together. Having existing experience is an added advantage.
To meet business goals as per plan. Meeting with them at regular intervals.
Responsible for planning and executing activities for the business associates resulting in business growth.
Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
Assessing training requirements to business associates.
Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Equity, Fixed Income like FD, Bond, etc.
