The incumbent will be responsible for NE Sales operations, Managing Customers & Market penetration.
Will be responsible to handle a team of Sales Engineers.
Will be responsible for improving market share & margins.
Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, Keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature.
Ensure regular customer visits as per guidelines for self and team.
Will be responsible to meet his/her yearly target individual & team target
Will be responsible for post order management.
Asset Management, Assist in Market surveys and Product development, Surveys and subsequent approvals from the clients, Scheduling of jobs, etc
Ensure adherence to Otis India Safety, Ethics & Quality policies.
To ensure safety compliance during site visits.
Should have Good communication and presentation skills.
Should be a self-starter, results oriented with a positive outlook.
Qualification- B.Tech preferred or Graduate+MBA with relevant Sales skills & experience.
Experience- 10 yrs+ (should be currently in a team handling role)
